Resident Rights
Resident rights, grievances & nondiscrimination
Your rights as a resident
Every IDS resident has the right to be treated with dignity and respect, to take part in planning their own care, to make choices about their daily life, to privacy, and to voice concerns without fear of retaliation. Each resident and their representative receive a full written copy of their rights at admission, and it is posted in every home.
Raising a concern or grievance
Residents, families and representatives can raise a concern with any staff member, the home's Residential Manager, or our office at (702) 209-3595 or info@idsnv.com. Concerns can also be put in writing. We look into every grievance, respond to the person who raised it, and never retaliate against anyone for speaking up.
